Updated the page with a Python 3.7 version for those that do not have (or can't get) the 3.9 version of Python. 

If you can run the GTAZ.exe file then there is no need to attempt running this one.
Again it's a backwards edit to help those with an older version of Python to enjoy GTAZ.
